Everyone has innate intuitive gifts and abilities that may have laid uncultivated. These educational opportunities and events are designed to assist us in tuning into these abilities and align us with our truest nature. I welcome new and innovative workshop facilitators and suggested topics. |
Ceremony
Ceremony is a beautiful time to meet like-minded souls, create community and facilitate healing. Gathering together generates a vortex of healing and loving energy in safe and sacred space as we honor each other and ourselves. |

Allow the crystalline frequencies and harmonies of classic and Alchemy crystal singing bowls settle you into ultra relaxation where healing, revelations and magic happen✨
The crystalline chords are mindfully chosen for each ceremony. They serve as dialing codes to all of the energy we are calling in during this new lunar cycle.
*Yoga mats are provided
*Please bring your own pillow(s) and blanket(s) for your comfort. Comfort is of utmost importance
*Dress comfortably - some wear pajamas.
*Doors close at 7:25pm so please be on time.
* Feel free to bring your special gemstones to be immersed in sound or worn on the body if you have any.
*Give yourself some extra time if you have not been here to Shift Studio before.
