Sound Bath Meditation
Shift Studio's Sound Baths are an hour of vibrational sound healing. In these vibrational healing sessions we will focus on releasing, reinvigorating, relaxing, rebalancing, and healing. Rest comfortably in savasana or however you feel comfortable. Experience meditation and the beautiful healing sounds of chakra quartz crystal singing bowls and other Reiki charged instrumentals intended to carry Reiki and healing via sound.
Studies have shown that sound has a direct impact on triggering the healing processes in the body by bringing the body back into harmony from dis-ease even on a cellular level. The sounds of chakra quartz crystal singing bowls and crystalline structures within the cells and systems of the body have a powerful interrelationship of resonance. This vibrational relationship helps balance the body physically and energetically. Experiences of healing and relaxation with all singing bowls and instrumentals are unique for each individual. “Bathing” in this relaxed state fosters sensations of spaciousness and peace and creates harmony in the body, mind, and spirit.
