Walking into the beautiful calming studio immediately puts you at ease. Abra creates a sacred space where you feel welcome and are offered all the comfort items you need to relax into the healing sound bath, This event she gave us Palo Santo sticks to write our words for the year on. It was a creative meaningful way to know when we are home we can bring light and ignite our intentions enjoying the cleansing fragrance. The sounds are carefully curated to coordinate with the new moon each month and this Capricorn New Moon left me feeling both grounded and light. My reiki session with Abra was unlike any other physical, spiritual, or emotional experience I've had. I am still astonished as to how incredibly accurate Abra was with her analysis of my body's energy, my chakras, and areas in which I needed 'work' to open certain channels. This was an education along with a treatment, in which Abra shared and implemented her extensive knowledge of the chakras, and how imbalances can affect physical and emotional well-being. She is versed in ever aspect of her craft. During my session, I felt many sensations I was not expecting. This was another aspect that left me in awe of the entire experience. I took a six week class with Abra on Intuition which was filled with guided meditations and intuitive exercises in a class of like-minded women. I also had a Reiki session with Abra that totally helped me come to terms with some emotional trauma from the past. Her studio is warm, welcoming, clean and a special place to have in our community. Shift Studio is absolutely beautiful in every sense of the word. As soon as you enter, there is a sense of peace and positive energy. I had such a wonderful experience with Abra at her studio where I received Reiki! Also I am severely hearing impaired and we experimented until we found some sounds I could hear! Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks!
Abra made it very personalized knowing I love Archangel Michael, we invoked Him, she made the light in the room blue, lit his candle and she used White Angelic essential oil.

We LOVED  our first Healing Sound Bath at Shift Studio LLC with Abra ! Feeling both the positive and negative effects during the pandemic we have been seeking to find unique experiences that bring us to our higher self and finding peace, happiness and love. This was the PERFECT answer and thrilled we discovered this experience of balance and harmony... Abra thank you so much for sharing the quartz crystal singing bowls, the buffalo drum, the ocean drum, the chimes and shruti box their sounds are still resonating through our minds, bodies and souls...It was so nice catching up and can’t wait to see you again!!
