Meet Abra

Hello and welcome! My name is Abra and I am the Reiki Master practitioner, Crystal Sound artist, Integrated Energy Therapy® practitioner, and CTAA certified Meditation Practitioner here at Shift Studio. Having spent 12 years in education, I was fortunate enough to take a hiatus from teaching after the birth of my second child. During this time, I delved deep into the study of energy and its multifaceted workings. My passion for energy work and the sacred arts dates back to my childhood, having profound transcendental experiences that defied explanation.

In 2009, a diagnosis of thyroid condition prompted me to seek alternative forms of healing, especially when Western medicine alone proved ineffective for me. This journey of self-discovery and healing opened a gateway to the revealing world of the energy healing arts and I feel compelled to share the benefits of this powerful field with others. It is my sincere conviction that every individual holds within themselves an immense potential for healing, it is a great honor to hold space for you to tune into that potential. Whether you seek to heal your body and mind, expand your knowledge, or simply find your way in the world, our doors are open to you.
