Restorative Sessions utilize the Shift Relaxation Therapy™ (SRT) method to help the body settle deeply, supporting the body’s own natural ability to rest and recover. Through light intentional contact and calming sensory support, sessions encourage relaxation, grounding, and a sense of physical and mental ease.
Often described as peaceful, nurturing, and deeply restorative, sessions create space for the body and mind to slow down and rest. As the body settles, breathing naturally slows, muscles begin to soften, and the mind often becomes calmer and more present, supporting a greater sense of balance, restoration, and ease.

The Experience
Some clients notice sensations such as warmth, heaviness, lightness, subtle bodily awareness, or a gentle sense of movement throughout the body, while others drift into a meditative or sleep-like state. Many people leave feeling grounded, mentally lighter, physically relaxed, and more connected to the present moment.
Restorative Sessions are non-invasive and complement other wellness and self-care approaches while supporting relaxation and emotional balance. Gentle sound or vibration may be included to support relaxation and integration.
1-Hr Restorative Session | $95

1-Hr Restorative Session | $95
* Sessions are approximately 50 minutes in duration with time before and after for consultation. Clients remain fully clothed throughout the session while resting comfortably on a treatment table. Sessions involve light hands-on contact and/or hands positioned just above the body based on comfort level.
This was one of the most soothing healing sessions I've experienced. Abra holds a calm and steady presence that makes it easy to deeply relax.
