Mindfulness is paying attention without judgement. Being consciously aware noticing our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual processes.
Among other benefits, mindfulness practice helps us regulate emotions and stress and improve focus and clarity of thinking.
There are so many ways to be mindful; take nature walks feeling your own auric energy and it’s relationship to your environment; focus on sensations and flavors when eating; mediate; focus on breathing and the rise, pause, and fall of your belly and chest; be kind; be a good listener especially when a friend is sharing personal issues with you, this includes body language and things that are NOT said; pay attention to your words, actions and the subsequent reactions; help someone in need.
Consider consciously taking a little time out of each day to be mindful. You have nothing to loose and so much to gain.
